The Micro Manager
It's only been a while but I am getting weary.
Here's an excerpt from a Wikipedia entry.
--Micromanagement may arise from internal sources, such as concern for details, incompetence or insecurity.
--Severe forms of micromanagement usually completely eliminate trust and can provoke anti-social behavior.
SO, becoming anti social is the key to get rid of micro management?
Yes? Or No?
Can the answer/strategy/direction be more transparent?
IF NOT, THEN HOW?????
